oh cute! love the way Alex crosses her paws in picture 2!
Does Alex often strike a 'pointer pose' ?Right paw 'up' while checking out Smooch's progress ? (3rd picture from the bottom) :) :)And her tail curves well over her back --> White tip on the end so it can be seen in tall grass/shrubs !! :)Looks like Chief of Security Smooch has the new intern well in paw! Alex sure catches on fast!
Smooch and her sidekick, Miss Worry Wart," are the highlight of my day. (I do lead a quiet life). Rebecca2
So cute!! Love the photos! SydneyNE Oklahoma
O...M...G...I knew she would teach her that! *lol* Your yard could become a bombing test range, eh?
Well we all know what a good dog Smooch is. She has to train up Ms. Alex so that she'll know what is expected of her. Excavation is a very important job. I'm loving every single picture of this adventure. Congrats to all, xoxo Oma Linda
Oh, Smooch, and to think we all worried a bit about how you’d feel about a new pup. You are such a good teacher - when does snake training begin? :-)
Uh oh.... Digging 101??
just noticed that Smooch and Alex have both the tip of their tail white (do you say it like that?)
Yup, anything Smooch does, so will Alex - good or bad:)
I love her face in the one photo...”am I really allowed to dig, Mom?”She can’t believe her luck.
Smooch teaching Alex the finer points of proper hole digging! :) Miss Worry Wart is a good nickname for that face! (She's growing fast!)
Priceless, simply priceless.
Well that didn't take long!
Awww, too cute! I love when they are lined up together and Alex is learning the fine details of redecorating the yard! Ha ha!Have you used the "house" you made for Alex yet? Just wondering if she is sleeping in there or somewhere else, like maybe next to Smoochie-poo?! ;D
Good job, Smooch! The baby needs to learn how to dig!!!!
