Wow, lovely series of shots! Lucy is knock down gorgeous. Her expression makes me want to crawl through my monitor and hug her!! The fifth shot made me chuckle. George's mane lines up with the bush in the background. Looks like the site of the rabbit 'blew his brains'! Have a beautiful day Carson.
Love how clear the bunny is even tho he has similar colors. The haziness in the background is pretty. Lucy said "this bunny is mine" She never seems aggressive to me but maybe If provoked.
The rabbit was sitting there for so long, I think Lucy was just being curious. I've never seen her stomp anything, but I've also never seen her catch up to anything.
Lucy: Hey, those ears look just like my 3rd cousin, twice removed, on crazy little Uncle Benny's side of the family. They all had very, very short legs and could hide behind a weed. This looks like Hunny Bunny...let me get close and ask how the family's doing....OOOPS, yep, they were all real good jumpers. And had button tails. (You all are believing me right??)
I love it!! Especially when the bunny turns around to see who is watching her!! Cute story in pictures!! (I am feeling the exclamation marks today!! Ha ha!!)
I am trying to decide if the rabbit is really brave or just a dumb bunny.. so adorable.
ReplyDeleteThe rabbit was lucky, it didn't get the full brunt of Lucy's wrath.
ReplyDeleteDoes George deserve a 'poor George'?

I think Lucy was just curious about the other long-ear! (Or, is she like my Doc was and hates and stomps little critters?)
ReplyDeleteSilly bunny trying to be invisible.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if you could tell us how that expanding hose worked out for you?
I use the expanding hose in the garden - it has a few tiny leaks but you can't beat it for convenience.
DeleteHere comes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the bunny trail--------
ReplyDeleteAwww, so happy that you caught the adventure and then shared with us.

ReplyDeleteHow funny, I guess he thought it was a bunny train and not Lucy's trail.
ReplyDeleteLove this!
ReplyDeleteLucy is the rightful queen of all she surveys.

Curiosity! The bunny probably wasn't too concerned until the last minute. They may become friends!
ReplyDeleteWould pay good money to know what's going on in Lucy's head there. Is she chasing him away, or just beeing curious?
