A spoonful of 7MSN

I received an email last week from long-time reader Judy, who said something that clicked:

Please don’t think that you need to post about “something.” Your photographs 

are gorgeous and you should understand that we can never get enough of them. 

We love watching all your critters, the gorgeous vistas, the changing seasons, 

the beautiful NM sunrises and sunsets, the weather (fog, rain, snow), etc. 

A post can be a single photograph... Just a tiny window into your world, 

which is so unlike the worlds that most of us live in! 

Surely you won’t stop taking photographs, although you no longer have the pressure 

of trying to come up with a series of shots day after day. So please consider posting 

perhaps a single photograph every couple of days, with or without text. 

Maybe take a bunch of pictures when you’re so inspired, and then spoon feed them to us 

as the days go by! It’s just a thought, but we love seeing bits of your unique life 

in the high desert through your own eyes, and it would be so nice to continue 

to share some of that extraordinary vision! And, at the same time, 

know that you are still alive and well out there!

So here it is, today's spoonful of 7MSN. Maybe this new approach will work for me

and this blog will live to see another day. Judy is right – I won't stop taking photographs, and 

I've got to put them somewhere. It might as well be here because I've run out of wall space.
