  1. Like the wall. It brings out the colors in the picture (or vice versa - GRIN).

  2. Very ice, just enough contrast.

  7. She went and did it - and it does look *great*! I went back to the "before" picture and have to say, good thing you didn't leave well enough alone. Moving George's black and white derrière and the black bull to the other wall creates the perfect balance, I think. Excellent.

    2. I hesitate to say this but, hey, it's the internet...the top 2 outside small pics..would they look better lined up with the outer edge of the lower pics? I love the contrast and your style.

  22. I love it! Really sets everything off beautifully -- and great inspiration to carry the turquoise across with the skull.

  23. This is a wall I can get behind. I wasn't against it but I didn't vote for it.
The same cannot be said for other walls and other votes.

  25. Your black wall is lovely! Stunning! Painting is not my forte. I would rather have a root canal. Happy Wednesday!

  26. I love dark walls. If it were mine I'd want to paint the other side of the fireplace as well. Have to figure out a trim piece above the door to stop the paint at though.

  27. Looks fantastic...Now I have to do something with my outdated

  28. It looks great. I have to say - the paint is bouncing light way more than I pictured. Did you use an eggshell or semi-gloss?

  29. That looks even better than the example you showed - your turquoise skull jumps right off the wall visually too.
