Look who's decided that camping is a good thing.
Reminds me of my backpacking days when I'd crawl into my tent
to escape from the bugs...
...then get stuck trying to unfold myself while crawling out the door.
It always felt so good to stretch once I'd finally made it out.
Fortunately for the feral beast, he doesn't have to find his shoes
before heading off to pee.
Luxurious!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad he decided it would make a good summer home.
ReplyDeleteGod you're funny!
ReplyDeleteExcellent. Nap space appreciated by Johnny. He is such a cat.
ReplyDeleteDoes it cool down substantially at night? I know you are at altitude and in desert conditions.
ReplyDeleteM in NC
Usually, there's about a 30 degree difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures.
DeleteI have to try this. It looks like he enjoys it.
ReplyDeletelooks like the pup tent for the cat tent is a big hit with JC
ReplyDeleteGoogle 'crochet cat cave'... the Feral Beast would love a warmer hideout in the winter!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea!! What is the inside structure you've wrapped the t-shirt around?
ReplyDeleteBaling wire. Here's the backstory: http://www.the7msnranch.com/2016/07/the-feral-beast-goes-camping.html
DeleteYay! He is using it. That color looks lovely on him.
ReplyDeleteWe could have used one of those in the 70's ;-}
yeah, the comforts of an old tshirt! And I agree with Ethel above that orange and turquoise are a lovely combination.
ReplyDeleteJC sure appreciates his snazzy new bed!
ReplyDeleteMy kitties got very lucky recently when an Aunty gifted them a new bed for the back porch - if you'd like to have a look I posted our maine coon cat, Harley Davidson, in it today: http://lifeatthe4shoes.blogspot.ca/2016/07/cat-napus-interuptus.html
