I noticed Johnny perched on the porch railing.
Then he noticed me.
I could see that he wanted to come over and visit me.
He contemplated his options for getting from point A to point B.
JCC: I could use a little help here.
Have I mentioned that the feral beast is afraid of chickens?
Hahaha. After seeing what those girls have done to a tarantula, mice and a fuzzy bunny, I'd say that's a smart cat.
ReplyDeleteJohnny Cash Cat has no doubt had a lesson in "leave us chickens alone, or else!"
ReplyDeleteHave to agree with Rita, he's got good cause to be afraid of those girls!
ReplyDeleteAfraid of being pecked to death after he saw what they did to those mice.
ReplyDeleteI agree too. Johnny is so wise, and so right to avoid these chicken beeks. I would not like to read a mean comment on our beloved cat. We love you Johnny.
ReplyDeleteHahaha!
ReplyDeleteDiscretion is the better part of valor. Aunt Jean
ReplyDeleteMore of them than there are of him.
ReplyDeleteWhat Rita said :-)
ReplyDeleteSmarter than the average cat!!! or on the flip side: "Scardey cat"...LOL
ReplyDeleteLove from NC
Hopefully you came and rescued your feral beast for some loving time with Mom. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat Mrs. Hughs keeps me on my toes when I am there. I think she is the "Leader of the Pack"...Don't turn your back on her Johnny!
ReplyDeleteEthel
And did you notice how much she has to say?! Chatty chat chat...either to your face OR behind your back. lol
DeleteI have been wondering about JCC. Thank you for a wonderful feline distraction from a stressful morning!
ReplyDeleteThere be dragons.
ReplyDeleteCan you blame him?????? Those chickens are terrors. All of the resident cats here are afraid of the new baby cat because she's evil, sorta like your chickens. tee hee
ReplyDeleteKnowing how your chickens are...I think he is rightly worried for his safety! :)
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha!!
ReplyDeleteI can almost hear the girls saying, "Come here kitty, kitty, kitty..."!! Bwahahahaha!!
Well, they are tiny dinosaurs! From eye level they would be scary indeed!
ReplyDeleteI love how Johnny is color coordinated with your house and porch railing.
