I was focused on a sunflower in the corral...
...while Alan was focused on eating a chamisa through the fence.
80 freakin' acres of an all-he-can-eat-when-he's-not-wearing-a-grazing-muzzle buffet,
but he wants what he can't have.
It must have been a particularly tasty chamisa, too,
because he was in no mood to share.
Alan finally stopped being angry at George...
...when he re-directed his anger at me.
I can imagine how angry they must be with those muzzles. It's hard being a donkey in the summer.
ReplyDeleteI guess the grass IS always greener...
ReplyDeleteHe'll get over it...that's what my Mom would always tell me. George might not...
ReplyDeleteYou big meanie.
ReplyDeleteOh no, is that Alan's "You ruined my life" look?
ReplyDeleteYou do and you do and you do for these kids, and what is the thanks you get...
It is for his own good, he will get over it!!
ReplyDeleteSo what exactly is a grazing muzzle?
ReplyDeleteHere's a post that explains it. http://www.the7msnranch.com/2013/07/put-muzzle-on-it.html
