Alan's day of confinement

Alan limped his way home Sunday morning. Alan never hurts himself,
no matter how hard he seems to try, so of course I was very concerned.
I don't think it's anything serious, but I confined him to the infirmary stall all day
so he would stay quiet and I could keep close tabs on him.
George kept him company for awhile but got kicked out for
unneccessary playfulness in a confined space.
We all took turns visiting him throughout the day so that he wouldn't be too bored,
and he seemed much better by nightfall.
Here's some video I shot in the morning, when it was my turn to sit with him.

I expect he'll be good as new in a day or two, so please don't worry.

  9. I'm catching up on my reading. I was amazed at yesterday's post. Smooch is one heck of a dog! I can't believe she asks to go in after she warns you of the snake. Can we clone her? Hope Alan is better today. Johnny sure has no compassion though, or does he really know what is going on?
