The snowman gets a frosty reception

What a pathetic excuse for a snowman.

Had I made him when the snow first came down,
he might have stood a little taller and lasted a little longer.

Hank got his licks in and wasn't all that impressed,

George stepped in for a piece of the action,

but the snowman left a bad taste in his mouth.

Once Hank removed the guy's hat and licked his face off, the taste must have improved.

George came back for seconds, and by the time they were done...

they had licked themselves a dog.

  17. If that was your hat, it sure got a good cleanin'. Have you seen the artwork created by cows, etc. Google "The Joy of Salt Licking." You're about to get a second chance at Mr. Snowman i think. We'll be watchin for round 2 of George & Hank Take On Cowboy Frosty.

    How cute!!

    I always thought humans were the only silly creatures who enjoyed frozen treats on cold days!!

    I guess they enjoyed their snowman "dessert"!! ;)

  25. I like the idea of a compilation of Carson one-liners .. that sounds like it could be it's own little enterprise .. post-its, notecards .. I'd buy them!

  26. This post is hilarious! One of your best.
    I've never had a horse lick snow. Then again, I've never made a snowman and put my hat on it. Must've been a little bit of magic in that hat. {wink}
