Here comes my truck. Who could that be driving?
Why, it's Ranchsitter #4, formally known as Ranchsitter #2.
George: You smell very familiar.
Johnny: I know you. Anybody who rubs the inside of my ears can come visit any time.
Alan: What Johnny said.
Danni from Critter Farm has returned for another week to tend to all our needs.
We're absolutely delighted to welcome her back.
Now THAT is AWESOME!! Yea DANNI!
ReplyDeleteMe too, absolutely delighted, Danni!
ReplyDeleteAlan looks ready to pass out from bliss. And Johnny... maximum trust!
How I look forward to a week-long love&fun fest!
Well, yeahhhh!
ReplyDeleteShe's the Hay Fairy!
Of course she's welcome back!
Ahhh, she's just using you for the frequent flyer miles! LOL! You have some very special friends! I hope you don't need them anymore, very soon!
ReplyDeleteWelcome Back Danni! Are you teaching Johnny CC yoga in that 4th pic? LOL He's going to be a porch -sunroom- kitty in no time.
ReplyDeleteAnother week with Danni? Woot!!!
ReplyDeleteRanchsitter #4 rocks. So does Ranchsitter #2.
ReplyDeletei popped over to your ranchsitters blog and found it as wonderful as yours..
ReplyDeleteNice to see you back, Danni. So glad you are able to help out at the ranch. You have to be a donkey and horse handler, a snake wrestler, a pig and cat lover. Oh and a dog and chicken show person. The list goes on. If you ever needed to request a farm hand, Carson can you imagine your newspaper help wanted ad. I forgot a photographer too. Wow! Not many could fill that spot. Best always,
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm just packing my stuff and on my way to Critters farm, to ranch sit while Danny is at 7MSN. Anyone keen to look after my 3 rabbits in Amsterdam?
ReplyDeleteEls
Ranch Sitter #2/#4 is that all around hallelujah I sure am glad to see you person.....and on top of all her skill set buttons she possesses, she also is very pretty lady. I mean the Cuckoos have seen photos of her lovely face but you captured something very special in the last shot. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHope you two enjoy your visit this time uninterrupted by the dreaded "unexpecteds". XOXO from Casa de Cuckoo
Yay, Danni! Welcome back...I can tell everyone is so happy to have you back home( 2nd)
ReplyDeleteLook forward to the photos and learning more helpful lessons in ranch sitting!
So glad things are looking up. I missed the whole pain/clinic/hospital/surgery drama by having the audacity to go on a chick trip to Alaska and Victoria BC with my high school buddy from San Diego. I can't be gone for 3 weeks again or some other life changing event will happen and me with no electronic devices (not even a cell phone). Luckily (or perhaps not) my husband bought an IPad while I was gone. Future trips may allow for connection (although there was no connection while cruising in Alaska on small ship)
ReplyDeleteGlad you are on the mend.
Hey, how's does person apply for the ranch sitting job?? ;-)
ReplyDeleteJohnny cash cat is friendliest ferial cat I have ever seen eh! just goes to show what love and attention will do for any animal (or human)
I am so happy for you that you are home and have such good friends!!
Johnny Cashcat must be really happy too. You have the most wonderful friends!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see Dani is back. Enjoyed CeeCee's visit also.
ReplyDeleteGeorge? Alan? You guys look a bit different! A little Older? Worry hairs showing! I think they worried themselves greyer while you were gone?!?!?!
Wow, talk about having the magic touch!!! Well done Danni. All are in good hands. Have fun y'all!!!
ReplyDeleteI just checked out Danni's blog and she hasn't done a post in over a year. Does she have another blog ? She's from Portland .. wow .. she came a long way to visit with you and your gang.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better each day.
xo,
JC
You are blessed to have such good friends!
ReplyDeleteDanni seems like a really nice person who knows her way around an itchy ear, but does she actually read this blog? Doesn't she know that Johnny is a feral cat, and as such is strictly forbidden to stretch out on laps and appear to be in bliss? Is this not a complete violation of that sacred vow we all made the day he came to 7MSN? As I recall the chant went: "We will NOT get attached, we will not get attached, we will not get attached." Now I'm hearing whispers and rumblings of Johnny being given a key to the sunroom. For shame.
ReplyDeleteOh, they are not comfortable with her at all are they :)
ReplyDeleteSo much love to go around.
Don't make her have to tie you down while you are mending, please.
Festive time in 7MSN with all the additional hugging and scratching of
ReplyDeleteall your exceptional ranchsitters! hope you are feeling better Linda!
Johnny you're going to play catnip ball again!! woohoo!
ReplyDeleteDanni is the best and Johnny wants to adopt her, I think ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear that the ranch is under good handsl for another week. You better watch out, JCC may come up missing when Danni leaves; you know how cats like to hide in bags :)
ReplyDeleteDanni's back.......*sigh*
ReplyDeleteSo many kind (and -wow- FUNNY!!) comments...I am enjoying all of you thoroughly!
ReplyDelete(thank you!)
From my perspective, Carson is doing an excellent job of recuperating and, I believe, the healing will go much better this time around. :-)
Signed,
Ranch Sitter #2 and Ranch Sitter #4
Priceless photo of the "feral" cat. (Riiiight) Alan is just too cute. He looks like he'll start drooling any minute.
ReplyDeleteSo nice to see the blue skies instead of the dark and stormy horizon (and the rain) from just a week ago.
ReplyDeleteDanni is a natural with critters, regardless of the state in which they live. I am touched by the way she reacquaints herself with each resident of 7MSN upon her return.
Hi Danni!
ReplyDeleteI had an intuition that Danni would be back. Good. She is perfect. What a gift to you all!
ReplyDeleteIs that Johnny Cat stretching out? Wow! He's come a LONG way! Glad Danni is back to give you some much-needed help! All the animals look happy, too! :-)
ReplyDelete~Cheryl Ann~
I do believe Johnny is in love! That photo is too much.
ReplyDeleteI don't think the Ranch has ever had so much activity. Trucks comin' and goin' through all kinds of weather. The antelope must be wondering what's happening to the neighbourhood. *grin*
Danni - you're on my call list, if I ever need a farm sitter. Get your passport ready. *grin*
Linda, you are one well loved lady, my friend. So glad you're being so well looked after.
Big Squishy Hugs all 'round,
Carolynn
Beautiful photos- beautiful lady-beautiful friend.......:)
ReplyDeleteRain
Guess you're really proving what goes around comes around :)
