There was a trespasser in the front yard, and Smooch wasn't about to take her eyes off of him.
She seems to be learning that this trespasser means no harm.
He was just passing through, and Smooch let him off without a warning, a ticket,
or even nose prints and slobber all over the window. I'd call that progress.
Yessssssss! Vive Johnny!
ReplyDeleteSmooch is one smart doggie :)
ReplyDeleteNo nose prints or slobber on the window?!?! WOW that is progress ;p
ReplyDeleteHow's the mouse population at your place now?
ReplyDeleteBest always,
Oh the DRAMA that would cause in our house. Go, Smooch!
ReplyDeleteMaybe she has come to think of him as entertainment. He is rather sleek and she did have cats in her past.
ReplyDeleteSmooch is such a smart girl.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought, oh nooo a mountain lion... But then realized it was just the big kitty. Smooch figures he is patrolling the grounds like she does.
ReplyDeleteBefore you know it, JC and Smooch will be curled up together on the sun porch!

Loved the update on Sheriff Smooch. That first picture of her is beautiful, the flowers, pillows and her intent profile. Glad to know she didn't have to come out with guns blazin'!
ReplyDeleteLove the look of concentration in Smooch's face.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Johnny, go!
ReplyDeleteNo slobber or nose prints, great progress.
