It rained enough yesterday to make mud. First time since the fifth of July. I'm not complaining. Hank is.
Hank: I think I'm going blind.
Hank: Whew. Much better.
Handsome under any conditions...that's my Hank.
Lucy, on the other hand, isn't as good at pulling off the grunge look.
One good roll and every square inch of her is covered in mud.
At least the parts that were covered by the fly mask are still kissable.
Reddish brown is just not Lucy's color. Afraid to ask what George and Alan look like.
ReplyDeleteThe mud must have felt soooo good to roll in though. I think this may be the first time I've seen Hank dirty.
ReplyDeleteLove the Lucille Ball lips in that striking shade of Umber Passion!
ReplyDeleteOh, my! They sure are DIRTY!!!! We had downpours here in our desert, too, yesterday! Some areas flooded.
ReplyDeleteHey free mud baths at the 7MSN eh! ;p
ReplyDeleteHooray for mud! We had .04 inch of rain last night. But, I'm not seeing too much mud!
ReplyDeleteLucy is so darn cute with the sandy mud on her darling lips!
Looks like they both enjoyed a mud bath. Did you remember to check the rain gauge?
ReplyDeleteHaha so cute! I love the last photo! It's like lipstick!
ReplyDeleteHave you ever thought about setting up a web cam so we can see what's going on in real time?
ReplyDeleteHank is ruggedly handsome when muddy. And Lucy well, the red clay lipstick just makes her that much more lovable.
ReplyDeleteThe rain must have felt so fabulous to them. I also was wondering about the amount of rain your way....rain gauge wise.
Oh my. I'll bet it felt good to roll in the muck, though. It's good for the skin, I'm told.
ReplyDeleteOh, how adorable!!
ReplyDeleteI recently came across your blog and love it!! It's wonderful!!
Looking forward to hearing more stories and seeing more pictures of the gang...
I dunno.... I think Lucy wears it well, too!
ReplyDeleteOh Carson check out this breed of Donkey!!! One I have never seen before!!
ReplyDelete"Baudet du Poitou"
I love the look on Lucy's face in the last photo. Her mouth is so sweet. I would not get any work done if I had your crew around! You are a lucky lady!
