My muddy buddies



It rained enough yesterday to make mud. First time since the fifth of July. I'm not complaining. Hank is.


Hank: I think I'm going blind.


Hank: Whew. Much better.


Handsome under any conditions...that's my Hank.


Lucy, on the other hand, isn't as good at pulling off the grunge look.
One good roll and every square inch of her is covered in mud.


At least the parts that were covered by the fly mask are still kissable.

    Reddish brown is just not Lucy's color. Afraid to ask what George and Alan look like.

    The mud must have felt soooo good to roll in though. I think this may be the first time I've seen Hank dirty.

    Oh, my! They sure are DIRTY!!!! We had downpours here in our desert, too, yesterday! Some areas flooded.

    Hooray for mud! We had .04 inch of rain last night. But, I'm not seeing too much mud!
    Lucy is so darn cute with the sandy mud on her darling lips!

    Hank is ruggedly handsome when muddy. And Lucy well, the red clay lipstick just makes her that much more lovable.
    The rain must have felt so fabulous to them. I also was wondering about the amount of rain your way....rain gauge wise.
