Perhaps if I used my teeth instead of a curry comb, they'd be more appreciative.
George: A little to the left, please.
Alan: I think Lucy wants a piece of this action.
George: Let's ignore her. Three's a crowd.
George: Make an appointment with mom if you want to get groomed.
She might be able to do something about those unsightly chin hairs of yours.
Lucy: Why do I put up with this?
Love your beautiful burros!
ReplyDeleteIt's sad, but unfortunately pretty girls do get hair chins from time to time.... tweezers anyone?
ReplyDeleteYour babies make me laugh on a daily basis! You are funny too! :) Love your blog, Meghan
ReplyDeleteThe last picture of Lucy is beautiful.....what a face. Hugs
ReplyDeleteYour photos and captions are always so spot-on. Truly a delight, especially first thing in the morning! Or at the end of a looong day. Or for a midday pick-me-up.
ReplyDeleteThe next time I think I might be a little rough in grooming the horses, I'll think of this and remember that my attack with the curry comb doesn't even come close to what teeth can do!
ReplyDeleteI'm still laughing at the image you put in my mind of you grooming Alan and George with your teeth! Good thing you didn't set it to music or I would be humming the grooming tune all day long! Love these guys. :)
ReplyDeleteDo you recall seeing those Cadbury chocolate commercials where different animals tried out to be the Cadbury bunny by wearing tall furry ears? I remember a llama tried out, but, Oh, I laughed when I saw that last pic of Lucy...SHE is the next Cadbury bunny!!
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute! I always love seeing them! Great pictures!
ReplyDeleteI like the line "After a good dirt bath".
