I love Saturdays...for the most part

Saturday mornings are the best. I can follow the herd around after breakfast
instead of chaining myself to my desk and going to work.


Yoga class begins at 7:30.



Even the big guy participates.



HRH Lucy prefers snacking over exercise any day of the week.


Sadly, a relaxed Saturday morning taking pictures eventually turns into
a busy Saturday afternoon running errands.

Smooch: Where are we going today, mom?
Me: Let me check my list ... the post office, the feed store, the auto parts store, 
the bank, the water store, the gas station. What am I forgetting? 
Oh, yeah...then the Walmart for groceries.


Smooch: I can't handle the Walmart!

    It does sound like a nice way to spend a morning, but I'm all with Smooch about Walmart. A necessary evil for me ... I try and get in/out as fast as I can.

    Smooch is such a smart girl....I can handle the Walmart either. Especially on Saturday when every Tom, Dick and Lorraine come out to browse and talk in the aisles.....we're busy here people.

    I love Smooch's expression about Wally World. I refuse to shop there but when it's the only store available there isn't much choice. Hold on, Smooch, the pain won't last long.

    I love each and every post! Every day I read the blog and say to myself, "how does she come up with these things?" The yoga pics and of course the Smooch/Walmart pic are priceless.
