I don't know if it's the sixth day of Christmas or not. Who's in charge of these things anyway?
All I know is that I can't let this post go to waste because I spent most of last December trying to put it together.
Here's a reprise of the first six verses of the song. Come back next Saturday and we'll sing the whole thing.

I just learned that the 12 days start on Christmas day and end on Epiphany. I feel bad that I never knew this (or paid any attention) prior to this year. Many years of Lutheran guilt all coming to the surface? Nah, I'm over it.
ReplyDeleteI love it! Whatta fun way to start my day.
ReplyDeleteFlash of inspiration: What a wonderful book this would make! Let me know when you get it published and ready for sale (just another little December project for you).
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and all your 7MSN family!
Everybody love 2 jolly balls. ROFL
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are doing this again. So far my favorite is "Three Bench Hens!"

ReplyDeleteUm...George....your Santa hat seems to have slipped....or was someone trying to silence you for singing along with the blog?
Cedar View beat to the punch! The whole transfer of the 12 days to *before* Christmas was typical retail manipulation. Bah Humbug!
ReplyDeleteThree bench hens. LOL!
