I don't know who said what to whom. All I know is that two burros were in a total snit yesterday.
Even with my widest lens, I could barely get them both in the frame.
I may have overheard Alan saying something about this ranch not being big enough for both of them.
Whatever the cause of their spat, I'm sure it's just temporary and they will be attached at the hip
the next time I look out the window, just as they were when I took the picture below back in August 2009.
This is still my all-time favorite picture of my BLM boys.
Maybe they're in a combined snit over not making the calendar cover ?
ReplyDeleteDid you do something way back then to "disappear" George's hind legs?
ReplyDeleteThat's it! They're upset that they aren't on your calendar cover!
ReplyDeleteThe colors are fabulous in this shot.
ReplyDeleteThey truly are creatures of the universe.
Best always, Sandra
I certainly prefer the second one! I'd rather see 'em together than not speaking.... give 'em some carrots Mom - be the peacemaker!
ReplyDeleteYou know there was Llama Drama, Alpaca Angst and now Donkey Discontent.
ReplyDeleteEek. What's going on in the Land of Enchantment?
:)
Oh dear, we can only imagine. Did it have anything to do with Lucy, I wonder?
ReplyDeleteHey, we all need a little alone time and quiet time to ourselves. Maybe they are thinking about next years pictures????? Hugs to the kids
ReplyDeletePhoto's WOW! factor is at least 100!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fantastic picture of the two of them. We all have these kind of days in our relationships with others! :)
ReplyDeleteActually, I think that besides not making the calendar cover, one of them called the other an ass. Sorry I couldn't resist the opportunity. I am a big fan of all things donkey.
ReplyDeleteWe all need a little space sometimes.
ReplyDeleteHow funny, those two photos! What a pair, they are. That last photo is one of my favourites too and I get to enjoy it every time I have a beverage in my coveted 7MSN mug! *grin*
ReplyDeleteBig Hugs all 'round.
(I finished my calendar project today, (Yay!!) so I'm feeling very magnanimous)
