99% of the time, Hank, George and Alan are within eyeshot of each other.
Hank insists. He can't stand to be without his herd.
But every once in awhile, like when Hank has his head buried in the hay tub and can't hear George and Alan leave
over the sound of his own munching, he loses track of his boys and has to go looking.
He calls and calls for them, demanding that they come back to him right that very minute...
but they don't, and it makes him crazy. George and Alan have no respect for authority.
Me: Hank, they're over here!
Hank: Over where?
Hank: I knew that.
Cute series of pictures, although Hank does seem slightly stressed over not being able to find the boys.

ReplyDeleteOh the panic.. Poor buddy.. They sure can get worked up when others are out of sight. The 2nd to last picture he most certainly has his eye on you and the last picture is so much fun! Each picture is so beautiful with all the colors.

ReplyDeleteMaybe the burro boys were playing hide 'n seek from Hank. My horses worry when they can't see Russell...he, on the other hand, never seems to worry when one of them are out of sight. :)

ReplyDeleteIt's funny - I'm so used to looking at my donkey boys' bodies, when I see up close photos of horses, I'm always taken aback by the sheer...massiveness of them.
