Me: Deets, you've got to stay centered and don't grip with your legs.
Me: It's ok to grab onto George's mane if you start to lose your balance,but don't be digging your claws into his skin, got it?
Me: Now what did I just say about those claws? And this isn't a trick riding lesson.Turn around and face the right way.
Deets: But the view is better in this direction. 
George: Are you ready? I'm going to start walking toward the gate.
Deets: This really is pretty simple. I don't know why both of youare making such a big deal over it.
George: Hang on. I've got an itch. 
George: Oh, look. A blade of grass that I missed earlier. 
Deets: Geez, George, you're so freakin' slow. Call me when you're ready to trot. 
Oh my gosh Carson, that post/pictures were simply THE best! George is so calm having a cat on his back, and Deets seems right at home, even backwards! HA!

ReplyDeletebased on the first picture - George did not look too happy - I thought this might be one of those series that needed the hillbilly music. But oh goodness.....isn't George the most patient and kind. And I guess Deets really does think he's in charge of it all!
