Boy, can I borrow him for a day or two? I have quite a collection of weeds in my garden areas that survived our extreme winter, and that need to come out before planting begins.
I wish you would rent him out. I could use him. Weeding would be fun then. But I have a feeling my buttercups would lose their blooms. I enjoy looking at your pictures so much.
Cutest weed eaters ever. Thanks for your supportive words about Bandit...we are sure missing him. Someone left a comment that he and Lyle are now running free together. :)
I was wondering what the attraction is, but I like shredded wheat and maybe it's like that. It's cute that both of them want the pile of weeds. They're like the kids that play with the box the toy came in at Christmas.
They make such a sales job for having burros. So cute, so much personality. I wish our ground wasn't so wet. I don't think it'd be healthy for them, not to mention the old fences that keep in cattle and sheep but not so sure about a wily burro!
Every time I see Alan I fall in love with his chocolate-caramel colors. And look at the last photo how they match George's contrast colors - eye candy indeed!
And because I somehow missed a button or something yesterday, my extatic praise didn't reach you - but thanks for the Deets-boost. More posts entirely dedicated to the greatest cat of them all are welcome!
Slingback, Blogger seems to be having some comment processing problems lately. There are a bunch stuck in my "awaiting moderation" list - I can't see them or get them unstuck. Sorry!

ReplyDeleteCould you please load them up in the trailer and bring them to my house? Matter of fact, the whole neighborhood would appreciate their help.
ReplyDeleteI love looking at your donkey pictures first thing in the morning. Starts my day with a smile.
ReplyDeleteAwwww Alan looks like he is having a crunching good time!!

I'll come and help him - how about that? Love the pic's.
ReplyDeleteSign me up after everyone else is done borrowing/renting him. Weeding with Alan would actually make the job fun. And again, I love the long ear hair.
ReplyDeleteAs always, a gorgeous set of photos. Alan is just so handsome Carson. And... it's really nice not seeing any snow on the ground.
ReplyDeleteI think "Mr. Personality", Alan, likes to have his photo taken. He's a real ham!

Now that is the way to get rid of a weed pile!
ReplyDeleteI love what you did with the color in the pictures. Very, very nice.
ReplyDeleteAlan's brow is truly perfection.
Oh my, Alan. That does not look like good eats! It's certainly not worth being mean to George about.
ReplyDeleteSo nice to have professional gardeners on staff!
ReplyDeleteLove it! The boys always make me smile! Sitting in my chemo char reading about the excitment on the ranch :)

ReplyDeleteIf you wanted to share Alan for a bit, I wouldn't complain about having weeding help!
ReplyDeleteI'd love a weed eater like that, 7MSN..........a 2010 Alan model! LOL

ReplyDeleteAhh, donkeys -- there is nothing like them, nothing....
ReplyDeleteHey guys....head on over to Corona. My place has plenty of "weeds" for you!
ReplyDeleteGardeners, top flight cone players, yesh. How did you ever get so much talent in one team?
