They're ready to disown me

Here comes trouble.

I don't like the looks of this at all.

Now, Hank, keep an open mind. This doesn't bite.

But I do. Let me have a taste of that.

I think she wants us to wear them. How humiliating.

Hmm. Smells like burro.

Nose warmers – all the fashionable equines are wearing them this year.

Coming up...who will be the first to graduate from elf school?

  1. Again, lots of laughs for me in the early morning hours, and I have learned that it is best for these next few weeks NOT to drink my coffee while reading your blog!

I love the pictures and the captions and from what I can see, your place looks so pretty in the snow.

I have no idea who will win the elf contest, but I'm thinking you'll have your hands full while they're all in training!

  3. I'm sure they'll get into the swing of things eventually. How about a bribe of cookies and hot cocoa.

  9. Still laughing! Maybe the burro smell will get them to take up the challenge - If a burro can do it, so can we!

  13. Now, elves are short little guys with pointy ears. Do horses fit this profile? I'm thinking burros are a closer fit!
