I'm really sorry about the whole roof incident.
I didn't mean to disrupt the dinner schedule, and
I truly appreciate how you propped that hay bale
on top of the rail so I'd have a soft place to land.
Then I felt so bad when the bale fell on your head
and all that hay went down your shirt.
Will you ever forgive me?
Yes, Deets, I forgive you. It's Alan you need to worry about - he tends to hold a grudge when his dinner is late. You'd better go over and apologize.
Easy, big fella. I won't let it happen again.
Woo hoo ... I guess Alan doesn't like a late meal! Nice of Deets to apologize to you though, and at least he attempted to do the same to Alan.
ReplyDeleteWell, at least you tried Deets!
ReplyDeleteI just want you to know that your pictures always put a smile on my face. The first thing I do every morning is read your blog, it starts my day out with a laugh. I just love it.
ReplyDeleteLove the story. Great action pictures. You made my day.
ReplyDeleteBest always, Sandra
ROFL!
ReplyDeletedeets is playing you LOL... its all in the eyes... hes giving lip service love alan chasing him LOL its great!
ReplyDeletewe had another coyote here the other night... i told hank (my feral cat) to sharpen his claws...kinda scarey considering the city is across the street from us...
Hilarious. Love you Deets.
ReplyDeleteOh my Gosh!! He really does hold a grudge doesn't he!?!?! Deets is too cute to stay mad at though.
ReplyDeleteVery funny. Watch out for falling hay bales, they're too heavy to fall on your head. I've always enjoyed hay down the shirt and in the bra, it's a nice touch at the end of a long day.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your blog! It's my daily smile-moment when things are rough.
ReplyDeleteYour animals are always so cute and expressive! I LOVE the calendar! I'm going to take it to school so that the kids can see the burros!
ReplyDeleteit's good to know deets is paying attention to all those hooves.
ReplyDeleteLove the Deets action shots. Honestly, I don't know how you ever get any "work" done around there!
ReplyDeleteGot my calendar! Love those burrito bros. Thank you so much.
Back to packing boxes and calming the weirded out animals here...
LOL....you tried deets....
ReplyDeleteI second and third everyone's comments that your photos and words are SO fun and entertaining. One cannot help but smile and feel good after reading your blog.
ReplyDeleteDeets has a counterpart here in Tampa who could take some lessons on apologies...he's still trying to recover from the trick-or-treaters...scary night for him.
Loved the photo of Deets skittering around the hooves... too cute!
ReplyDeleteSVG
I have got a match for Deets! My Tinkerbelle - she's solid white, ice blue eyes and just as independent as he is... woo hoo. Would you like me to bring her out? That way I could meet the boys.....hehehehe. I love them.
ReplyDeletecute photos. It reminds me of my black cat and the sheep. They don't know what to make of him and he'd as soon see it stay that way.
ReplyDeleteHey now.....a cat apologizing for ANYTHING is a rare treat. Don't expect that to happen again anytime soon!
ReplyDelete(Good boy Deets...this will throw them all off for awhile.)
Some of those photos would be good for a 2011 calendar. We got ours for 2010 today and it's great, definitely a smile for each photo that will last the month. :)
ReplyDeleteSnort! Very funny...donkeys don't forget, Deets. :-) Great shots, as always!
ReplyDeleteAnd poor, poor orange cone! The plaything has been nibbled to its nubs!
