You're doing WHAT?
I'm going away for a few days, Smooch. Don't worry, you'll be fine. Aunt Kim will take good care of you.
Make sure you tell her to give me my treats at 6:10 a.m. and 9:35 p.m. and to let me outside 87 times a day.
Hey, you guys, come up for air a second. I have something important to tell you.
Oh, nevermind.
Sorry, Deets. No cats are allowed on the beach.
Yes, I am, Willie. There will be sand and big waves and lots of people. You'd hate it. Ok, maybe you wouldn't hate the frosty beverages, but the heat and humidity would be too much for your old bones.
You're dead to me.
But you can't leave us! You never leave us! Who will scratch our butts? Who will applaud when we dance?
Who will post our pictures on our blog?
George, it's only for five days. You'll get over it.
No, we won't.
Stop with the moping! It's not the end of the world.
Okay, with a look like that, Deets would be coming with me!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the beach! Wow, totally different from your desert experience. Have a blast, wear lots of sunscreen and bring back pictures.

Oh, I hope you have a *wonderful* time!! The beach, oh boy, the beach!!! I snorted out loud when I got to Wynonna's comment. That's one funny pig! And don't worry too much about your beloved pals. In my experience, our critters just don't hold grudges. :-)
ReplyDeleteHave fun!
Yay...the beach! We are going to the ocean in two weeks, and I cannot wait; although I imagine it is further away from you than three houres, right??? Lol!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great vacation/time, Linda, and tell those critters of yours to behave-well, it looks like you just did. :)
Yes, Lyle, please don't lock Kim in the feed room. That would be bad...
ReplyDeleteHave an excellent vacation and we expect lots of pics when you get back!!
It looks like a lot of sad critters, regardless if Aunt Kim is staying, and spoiling them, or not. Have a good time ...
ReplyDeleteMy first reaction was the same as the goat's! Dying to know what beach. It'll be a photographer's dream, the Nikon will need a vacation from your vacation, lol! Lovely pictures, as always!!

ReplyDeleteVery cute. Have a wonderful time.
ReplyDeleteHave FUN at the beach! I know...our animals look at us with BIG SAD EYES when we start packing! When we went to Arizona, I got homesick after 5 days, so we came home! I had two dogs asleep at my feet one night after we returned. No. ON my feet!
ReplyDeleteHave a great time at the beach. I hope your mischievous bunch don't get into too much trouble while you are away!
ReplyDeleteI'll bet you are missing them already but will soak up beach and water like there's no tomorrow! Always good to get away! Kim must be quite a caretaker for you to trust with your family! Kudos do her!
ReplyDeleteHow fun... I'm jealous. Enjoy your time! Looking forward to some great pics when you return!
ReplyDeleteHave a great time at the beach!
ReplyDeleteI am sure all the animals will miss you!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE all these pictures of your dear Animal buddies, and the conversations with each, too.
ReplyDeleteYou are going away and I just discovered you? (lol)
Have a wonderful time at the beach...!
Have a wonderful time and have a frosty, foofy adult beverage on my behalf.
ReplyDeleteIt's great to take some time out to treat yourself to a little R@R. I hope after your busy life you will be able to relax at the beach. I know you'll come back with the attitude that you live in the best place on earth and it's nice to be home. Vacations do that to a person. Have fun. Enjoy the time away and as for the animals you'll see they can get along without you for just a little while. Best always, Sandra
ReplyDeleteLOL! Too cute!!

Have lots of fun and bring back some sand. hehee.
ReplyDeleteHey Carson! I hope you are having a wonderful vacation and aren't getting too sunburned on the beach. I look forward to more postings when you get back.
ReplyDeleteI have a quick question. What pixel size to you use for your photos when you post? I'm going bigger too but mine seem a little too big. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Colleen
