We grew up on a farm and I was always amazed at the "timing" of everything and yes... the ol' warn path... (in our case mainly a cow path but the horses tended to follow it too). Thank you for sharing your wonderful photo's an ranch love'n, animal cute'n stories... Love and Light, Nina P.
Their internal clocks never need batteries to keep running do they. Our herd has designated times for coming for water, or traveling to graze different fields. They are way more organized than I am.
Molly, that would be Lyle, wearing a fly mask. Normal horses wear them to keep flies out of their eyes - Lyle wears his to keep his face from breaking out in nasty little bumps from something he's allergic to out there in the pasture.
Beautiful photos as always. I've made the first one the background picture on my computer so I can watch those guys moseying all day. Must...practice...moseying.

ReplyDeleteI'm curious...looks like one of the guys has something on his head, like a mask. is that to protect an injury or to help him not shy at something?
