I do remember the New Mexico Sunsets being this intense. It's beautiful. Stacey and I hiked the length of the Continental Divide Trail (really route)and were always very impressed with the New Mexican skies.
Have a wonderful New Year on your very interesting Ranch.
I love your picture and am envious of your lifedtyle - it is terrible sucked into the corprate world. By the way the warthogs are very common in this part of the world. If caught young they make delightful pets - though your carpets may never be the same again.
There I was looking forward to donkey and rainbows and what do I get? A cow! Ah well, at least its a well fed one and under a very red sky, that's some consolation. Nice shot.
I love your blog. I came over from the fishing guy. Mountainair is a great place. Your sunsets make me homesick. We are from Magdalena and live in Bastrop, Texas. Trees and no sunsets at the house. :( Thanks for these.
