Have I told you recently what a great barn cat Deets is? Not only is he keeping the main barn free of rodents, he has assumed responsibility for all the newly stacked hay in the hay barn. Deets knows how much I hate it when varmints chew through the strings on the bales. He has assured me this will never happen again, now that he is in charge.
Oh Deets, such a sweet kitty.
ReplyDeleteLovely golden eyes that Deets has! ;)
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew his beauty secrets, how does he get that hi-pro glow??
Now THAT looks like a serious barn cat!
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering, since your hay is stored in a semi-open shed, do you have any trouble with deer or others getting into it? We have to pretty much keep ours closed up as the deer will rip it to shreds.
Gawd, Deets is one gorgeous Cat.
ReplyDeleteI love black cats!
ReplyDeleteWhile visiting the 7MSN I was quite impressed with Deets' low profile around there. He's a hard worker, yet is totally low maintenance....and he keeps George and Alan entertained, too. :0

awwwww good Deets...good kitty!!!
ReplyDeleteDeets deserves a treet! hehehehehe
I think every home needs a black cat as a good luck totem - They are so sweet and helpful. My old guy, named BK (Black Kitty), is slowing down but Deets reminds me of him in his younger days.
ReplyDeleteExcellent photos, so crisp! Love love love the name Deets... He was one of my favorite characters. I cried (cry) when he died. :(
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo as usual. He is a really neat looking cat.
ReplyDeleteDeets was one of my favorite characters in Lonesome Dove!
ReplyDeleteYour Deets is a sleek, beautiful boy.
